apek88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform. In the event of account suspension or termination, we may withhold pending withdrawals and confiscate account balances, including winnings, if they were obtained through prohibited activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided that you have no outstanding obligations to apek88.
apek88 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction are Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallets. Deposits are typically processed instantly for supported banks and e-wallets. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. You must wager your deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) and within 24 hours for requests made outside business hours. apek88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000.
Standard withdrawal limits range from Rp 100,000 minimum to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. VIP members in Gold tier may request higher withdrawal limits through their dedicated account manager. apek88 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 1% of the withdrawal amount, deducted from the total.
All bonuses offered by apek88 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry periods. You must read and understand the terms of each promotion before claiming it. Bonus terms are published on the promotions page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
Before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash, you must meet the stated wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and sports bets may require minimum odds of 1.80 or higher.
apek88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; opposite betting or hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit; exploiting errors in bonus crediting; and wagering patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play. Users found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balance and associated winnings confiscated, and their account may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses are a privilege, not a right. apek88 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion if we suspect abuse, violation of terms, or fraudulent activity. Always read the specific terms attached to each promotion.
apek88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, particularly if we suspect the bet is part of a fraudulent scheme, arbitrage strategy, or violates our betting limits. Once a bet is confirmed in your bet history, it is considered accepted and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless an obvious error has occurred in odds or event details.
For sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola), the official result as determined by the governing sports authority is final. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be void and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Asian handicap, over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to standard industry settlement rules. Detailed rules for each bet type are available in the Help section of the platform.
All casino games, including live dealer games and slots, operate according to the rules defined by the game provider. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual gaming sessions will vary significantly from published RTP due to variance and randomness. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
All results are determined by the official outcome of the event or game. In the case of obvious errors in odds, results, or settlement, apek88 reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets at the corrected odds or void bets entirely. If you wish to dispute a bet settlement, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of the bet being settled. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
